Weedy:(adj) having the characteristics or behavior of someone who perpetually smokes marijuana, canibus, bud, indo, or weed. Such persons are easily identified by glassy eyes, ashen complexions, and a look of utter confusion. A person falling under this definition may appear tired, abuse the word "yo" alot, and stink to high (joke-joke) heaven. The lips of such individuals are miscolored as the bud does stain the lips. Please note that a person can be weedy without smoking marijuana.
Also please note that there are people who willingly smoke marijuana laced with PCP or embalming fluid. These persons aren't weedy. They are just plain old frakkin' stupid.*
If a person dares to smoke bud laced with PCP or embalming fluid get ready for a rip roarin' time that will most likely involve a naked high speed foot-chase, tasers, county jail, and no memory of said events. I almost forgot, PCP laced marijuana makes users violent thereby guaranteeing a beat down by police. So please, put the bud down and read a book.
